01. About ChiChi & TeTe
ChiChi and TeTe are twins based on the same sculpt, with different eye shapes.
ChiChi has delicate double eyelids and slightly upturned outer corners for a cat-like expression. TeTe has fuller double eyelids and rounded outer corners for a gentle, puppy-like look.

ChiChi: Pure White— a bright, warm-toned white skin.

TeTe: Rosy Ivory— a white skin with a soft pink undertone.

 

 

Each head cap features the Jupiter symbol and a genuine Swarovski crystal in place of an authenticity plate. Traditionally associated with wisdom, luck, and hope, Jupiter reflects our wishes for happiness and renewal, while the crystal adds a luminous finishing touch.

Basic Heads come without a face-up. For artist collaboration heads, please refer to the individual product listing.

Bodies, eyes, wigs, outfits, and props shown in the photos are not included.

 

 

03. Production & Shipping

 

Heads are made to order after the pre-order period closes.

Basic Heads: Approximately 60 business days after pre-orders close.

Artist Collaboration Heads: Approximately 90 business days, subject to the schedule stated in each listing.

Oversea shipping : USD 23 

 

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Shipping schedules may vary depending on casting, production, and inspection. We will notify you of any changes.

 

 

04. Skin Tones & Body Compatibility

 

Actual colors may differ from the photos due to lighting and screen settings. Slight color variations may also occur between production batches.

We cannot guarantee compatibility or color matching with bodies from other brands.

 

 

05. Production Characteristics

 

Our urethane resin heads are cast in molds and finished by hand. The following minor traces may occur during production and are not considered defects eligible for exchange:

 

* Small specks, bubbles, or resin residue in inconspicuous areas, such as inside the head or cap.

* Fine seams where the mold sections meet, known as parting lines.

* Sanding marks from removing casting gates or finishing the surface.

* Slight color differences between the head and cap.

* Minor asymmetry or slight unevenness where the head and cap meet.

* Slight translucency around the eyes or magnets, depending on lighting and resin thickness.

 

Visible facial damage, large bubbles, or deformation that prevents the cap from fitting properly will be assessed as potential defects.

 

Every head is inspected before shipping. If you notice an issue upon arrival, please contact us with photos.

 

 

06. Handling & Storage

 

* Urethane resin may change color over time. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and high temperatures.

* Handle the head and cap carefully to prevent damage from impacts or falls.

* Avoid excessive pressure around the eyes and neck opening when installing eyes or attaching the head.

* Use tools and materials suitable for urethane resin when cleaning or applying a face-up.

* Keep your Certificate of Authenticity safe, as it is needed for product verification and after-sales support. Lost certificates cannot be reissued.

 

 

07. Order Changes & Cancellations

 

Please check your head type and skin option carefully before ordering.

For changes or cancellations, contact us first. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, cancellations generally cannot be accepted after the pre-order period closes.

 

 

08. Exchanges & Returns

 

Please check the head type, skin tone, package contents, and product condition upon arrival.

For incorrect items, missing contents, shipping damage, or product defects, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

 

* Name used for the order

* Delivery date

* Description of the issue

* Photos of the entire product and the affected area

 

ChiChi&TeTe covers return and replacement shipping costs for defective or incorrectly shipped items. Returns for a change of mind are not accepted.

 

Please pack returned items securely with all included contents.

Exchanges and returns may be restricted under applicable law if the product has been damaged or reduced in value through use, improper handling, face-up work, sanding, or modification.

 

 

 

09. After-Sales Support

 

If your head is damaged or a part becomes detached, please send us photos and a description so we can assess whether repairs are possible.

 

Repair methods, costs, and turnaround times depend on the damage and parts availability. Details will be provided after assessment.
